It's it's at 108 per ounce right now. As of January 26th at 6 46 p.m. Eastern, the live silver spot price for an ounce of silver in the U.S. is a dollar or a hundred and eight dollars for one gram. Or for one uh one uh ounce for one ounce. So look at this, you guys. When I got this one, I don't know, this one was I got 2015 or whatever. I want to say it was like 15, 14 dollars at the time. I mean, I'm glad we started stacking when we did outcast. Um yeah, this one is a actually this is a Boston Tea Party one with the uh don't tread on me. Okay look I'll bring it up here. This is a great one right here. Don't tread on me. You see that?

Yeah, I I know, right? So we we actually do coin appraisals here and we so we we sell silver and gold in our little out of our little antique shop. So yeah, um, and you know what? Silver eagles, just just as a FYI, the silver eagles that the mint puts out, those not only have a face value, they have silver value and they'll have historical value, right? Yeah, and they started making those in 1986. So the farther back you go, they are worth a little bit more than their one gram or their one ounce of gold silver because they have a historical value as well. But we have a lot of people turning in, even like our historical um American coins, you know, like the Morgan and the silver dollars, you know, the the peace dollars, all of that kind of stuff. Ben Franklin's anything prior to 1964 was 100%. So people are turning in so much stuff right now, cashing it in.

Those are like puts the the the old silver coins that you can't read, you know, they're they're they're ungradable because you can't read the dates or you can't read the lettering or something on them. And even those are you know not 90% because they've worn off, right? So you try and weigh them and they weigh a little bit less and stuff like that. But people are just they're turning that stuff in like crazy, cashing it in because they probably paid next to nothing. Yeah, we can tell them, hey, we think it's gonna keep going up, but you know, I think they're gonna cash it in now and do something else with it, and then somebody else is buying now.

Um okay, I know we we mentioned something about that the other uh, I don't know, a couple weeks ago, but um it's crazy that uh I don't personally myself I think this silver price is going higher. I don't think it's uh it's nowhere near where it should be, obviously. It should have been way higher our whole lives. Uh, you know, of course, the uh the Lucifer, uh the paper people, bankers, they they you know, they did all the marketing or the the manipulation of the market and all this and kept it all down for all these decades. And here it is. I think they can't control it. But that means that I'm thinking there's something else on the horizon that's gonna come along with this stuff because it is a very uh listen, look, when when silver and gold go up, we're closer to war. Okay, so I that that that's just how it's been in history.

Um well and the and the dollar the dollar's weak is losing it's the dollar is very, very and that is the most disturbing part of silver and gold going up. Yeah, it's it means weak dollars. No one uh no one is recognizing the dollar for what it is.

Well, look, fiat paper. I think a lot of people are starting to figure out this fiat fake paper that's out there. Uh you know, that that's all it is. It's nothing more than monopoly money. People just believe and trust in it because you know, back in the day they thought you can well, you you could take it in and get silver or gold back from it. Uh not anymore. You can get laughed at now. Um, but yeah, so it I don't know. Well, Alcast, what are you thinking? You're gonna get some more silver for yourself?

You well, I'm I'm very deterred. I'm thinking about it, but I'm also very deterred because I've was used to buying it so low. I know we've been spoiled by this price. Yeah, so but I was thinking about it because um you know, like you said, the cash, the paper is not worth as much. It'd be the way it's appreciating the gold and silver is. I mean, just this weekend I was doing a little inventory and I was like, wow. So I was thinking maybe I should go buy more, but it's it's a better pill to swallow when you've been buying for for 20 15 years, you know, 20 years like you and I have. Um Carl, I've got a question for you. I uh a couple of years ago I was buying a stack and silver, and um um I the silver eagles were not available at the moment, they were being wiped out. Um and I bought some of the like behind you, I bought uh these silver one ounces that have the the Indian and the buffalo on them.

Um is do would it make sense to trade those in for silver eagles? And if I do that, is there a big loss to do that? I mean, how does that work?

You know, I I think it's personal preference. A lot of people like the American silver eagles because of what they are and they have a dollar value, right? It'll say one dollar because it's worth a dollar silver eagle, but it also it it has a because they only make so many of them, it's controlled by the mint, right? So the mint only allows, hey, we're only going to produce 250,000 1999 silver eagles, right? So the demand then is why why are the 1999, and I'm that I'm just saying that I pulled that one out of the air for example, but because some of them were more popular than others, people were investing in silver more so than others. The years, some years they made a million, some years they made two, you know, 250,000. Yeah, so the number of them available also drives it up, right?

And then so how old they are, they started in 1996 or 1986 with the silver American Eagles. So some of those are what 40 years old already?

So and people just like them, they like to stack them, and not everybody's into the old historic coins, like you know, the uh Morgans or the Peace Dollars or something. Some people just don't care about those. And those are more expensive to buy usually because of their historic value.

You know, if you try and find like a a Morgan that was minted in um Carson City, you know, they like there was a mint in Carson City at one time. And if you try to buy those, you're gonna pay $200, $300, depending on the condition of it, which is more than what you're paying today for one ounce of silver, right? Yeah. But it's the historic value that makes it worthwhile.

I mean, well, you know, but let me ask you this like so for for somebody who's new to stacking, uh, what's uh bang for the buck? I mean, is it does it is it okay to buy the the non-eagles and stuff?

I mean, absolutely, absolutely, because you're not going to so like when you buy a silver eagle, you pay a bigger premium on that because it's from the mint, and they're charging you to put it into that silver eagle format, right? Now, bullion, JM Bullion does the same thing. They, if they're still making some, they're making them. So you know, silver has a spot price. What's the silver price on this thing today? It was silver ass was $107.90. Okay. But you're gonna pay more to buy something that's been made into a round or into a bar or something like that. You'll you're never gonna pay what silver ask is, right? That's raw, that's raw silver, one ounce of raw silver. But by the time you pay someone to put it into a bar or a or a round or something like that, of course you're going to pay more because they there's manufacturing cost in making it, right? Yep.

Yeah, I'm I still think it's all at uh for me anyway, at a at a discounted rate right now, because it in my head it should be way higher. So whatever you buy now, you're just throwing it into the hopper. You're you're it's a store of value, store of wealth. Uh, you know, while while our while our paper dollar is just crumbling away, well, you can with your silver and gold, you can stop that and grab the value of where it's at. You know what I'm saying? Outcast. So you can still turn your paper into something, turn it into something valuable, whether it's a tractor, whether it's you know, that's what I would do. I can't give you any uh, you know, advice, but uh we can just kind of talk about it here and there. That's what I would do. But yeah.

There's a lot of people taking taking extra any if they have any extra cash, they're dumping it into silver, and it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter if it's $108, if it's gonna go up to $200, they're gonna double their money. You're not gonna do that if you put your money into a CD. You're not gonna do that if you put your paper dollars in your mattress. It's not gonna happen. No, so even if it's a more expensive now, we we see that this is just the cusp of how it's going to raise, right? Yeah, it went from $12 to 20 to 40 to 50 to 60, and now it's at 100, but they're predicting it to go way beyond that.

So any it's just whatever any chance it's gonna come back down at any point.

What we've seen trending is that it goes up, it goes up five dollars, it comes down two, right? And then it goes back up five and it comes down two. It's not like going up five and falling ten or fifteen. It's not doing that right now. It's hard to say, but you know what? Even my so I have I used to have my securities license, which meant I could do trading and stuff like that for you know, right? Stock trades and stuff like that. So I follow this a little bit. But um I have stock, one is Pan Am, Pan American gold, the other one is Wheaton, and they and that's a silver mining company. So those things are going crazy because they're trying to take as much of that metal out of the ground as they possibly can. So it is just going like that stock is going nuts. So if you can even if you have some low performing stock, you might even say, Hey, maybe I'm gonna trade that low performing stock for something that's doing a little bit better in the metals. You know, even copper, copper's gonna start going crazy. Why did we stop making we haven't made copper pennies in a long time, but pennies were getting too expensive to make, right? But copper is going. going to start a trend of its own, I believe. Yeah, yeah. You know, because it's going to follow the other metals.

You know, I think uh with well, I was gonna say with gold and silver moving, uh, you know, I I was just going across the looking at all of them, platinum, palladium, copper, uh, with gold and silver, and you can see everything's got the trend, uh, up, down, up, down, up, down. But uh, you know, these things are being pegged, it seems like with uh you know that they're trying to hold this stuff down, but I I don't think they can grab silver anymore. I think it's kind of out of the way right now unless something major happens. You know, I'm talking war kind of stuff, but uh it's it's it's it's kind of running on a free for free for all right now. Yeah, okay.

Carl Carla, a couple questions too. Do you think I have a buddy of mine and he says that it's silver that's been the mainly suppressed not gold. Gold is so there's actually less silver in the world than there is gold. So gold is overvalued and silver is undervalued. Would you agree with that statement? And if so do you recommend buying silver over gold or is it good to diversify and have both what's what's your thoughts on that?

I I I think it's always good to diversify but I think realistically it's very tough. You know who's gonna come up with five thousand dollars to buy an ounce of gold right but do people have a hundred dollars to buy an ounce of silver? Yes. So so I think a lot of it is yes the silver demand is going to be huge which is as we can already see it's driven it up from I mean not that long ago like you said you were buying a silver ounce for 15 bucks 12 bucks 40 dollars I could buy a a tube of 20 for for 600 bucks that's 30 dollars right because you were buying a tube of 20 for 30 bucks we bought not that long ago we bought a monster box of 500 for 1700 now it's 48000 for that same monster box right it's crazy it's the reality is that people everyday average people like me I don't have five thousand dollars to buy one ounce of gold but I have three hundred dollars to buy three ounces of silver yep so that's gonna double right it's gonna double but it's it's more affordable for people and they're going to invest in it. Yeah um not as many people can play in the gold market. I was gonna say but do you see gold continuing to go up like silver or is it going to plateau and silver's gonna you know there's there's usually a ratio of like 30 to one or something like that. There's usually a ratio I think gold will continue to go up because there's always I don't know if the demand is there for gold but there's people that can play in the gold market and those are your billionaires and whatever else and those are your countries and stuff they can play in that gold market and they're they're not gonna waste you know if you buy a hundred thousand dollars worth of silver you're gonna need a semi trailer to come and pick it up for you right if you buy a hundred thousand dollars worth of gold you're gonna get a couple of bars that you can carry in your hand so I I think there's a lot of different you know the people that can afford to play in the gold market will play in the gold market. The people that can afford the silver market will play in the silver market. I do believe that silver gets used a lot more the demand is going to be there. It's I don't you know and but there will still be a ratio you know yeah the gold to silver ratio is going to stay the same um it's depending on how much they're pulling out of the ground um at the time and we're not pulling out we we're not we're not able to pull out of the ground as much as what we're using right the demand is higher than what we can get out of the ground. And I think too that as what's happening in the world today and we see it with President Trump you know putting tariffs on things and he's and he's um going after some of these countries and whatever some of those countries have silver. So is that going to get shut off to us right so our demand is going to go up as we do as we do lithium battery storage plants as we do data centers as we do solar panels those all use are the EVs though that all use silver so the demand for silver is going through the roof but the production out of the ground is not keeping up so people are going to be turning in sterling you know like we have a little antique store here I got people every day coming in here scouring the store for sterling silver in any form. They don't care they don't care if it's a tea set they don't care if it's a teapot if it's a spoon if it's a bracelet a knucklet whatever it is if it's sterling silver they're buying it yeah crazy Carla Carla one last question uh about this topic um so let's say somebody come and they want to they want to sell their silver to you and get cash right you've got people coming in doing that um do do they get uh exactly 108 dollars for an ounce of silver what or as a dealer do you take give them less so you can resell it we give them a little bit back of silver we give them a little bit back of silver and again it depends on what it is as well right because because we we have to pay for it we have to hold it we have to try and find a buyer for it to get rid of it so they're not going to get and like I said that's raw silver you know but but we usually pay a little bit back of spot value so yeah think of think about used cars that's cars okay same thing you gotta you know they gotta make money somewhere too everybody's got to make a little bit on the yeah and sometimes it's the and sometimes it's the form that they bring it in you know if it's bullion maybe we pay we can pay a little bit more if it's old coins we can't pay as much because like I said some of it has been rubbed off it might be 90% silver but it's but it's been depleted right because as people walked around with those hundred year you know 100 year old coins you walk around in your pocket and you fiddle with them and whatever else so it kind of depends on the form of which they're bringing it to us. And like if they bring me a a sterling silver T set what am I going to do with that? I have to send it into a refinery to get it melted down and whatever else and and so then that form is going to I'm gonna be able to pay less for that because I have to do more to it to get it into a a form that I can do something with.

It is hard to discern what is truth and what isn't we want to be compassionate on one hand but we don't want to be fooled on the other hand. Lord it is just a confusing time to be alive. So Lord we're asking for you to impress upon our hearts and minds what is truth. Help us to to look for those answers that those things that can give us answers like you know who's bearing fruit and who isn't whose words sound true and who whose words sound manipulated by the evil one. Lord we know that the devil cannot sit on a throne but he sits on thrones by proxy through leaders who've been corrupted and leaders who've been led astray by the evil one. Lord and we know that that's who runs this world so help us just be so wise wise as as a serpent as a serpent is is cunning and clever help us to be the same way but in a in a more spiritual way. Help us to avoid the pitfalls and the traps that they're laying for us every single day. We don't want to fall victim to their shenanigans and their schemes Lord we want to rise above them and we want to be beacons of light in the world that rescue others around us who are in darkness out of it, Lord. So we need you Lord we we're calling upon you to just to reveal more pierce the veil more but uh help us to discern it and understand it and digest it in a way that we can apply it in our lives in our walk Lord it is just a confusing time to be alive but we we we anchor ourselves in you we rest in you we call out in our our quiet time when we pray to you and we we inv we surrender ourselves to Jesus Lord and we ask him to come in enter in and heal us of of our past wounds and pains and trauma heal us of of of generational curses and strongholds of iniquity in our family lines. We ask you Lord to to reject and deflect every curse, hex, vex, voodoo, evil assignment, spell, uh sorcery, witchcraft, whatever has been uh assigned to us, Lord, we pray that you'll send it back to the sender sevenfold and that they will be given cause to get on their knees and repent and be grafted into the family and that they will become as ardently for you as they once were against you. But Lord we thank you for promising us that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We thank you for your hedge of protection. We thank you for sending out your angels regarding us. We plead with the blood of us over ourselves and our families and our households Lord there are so many people that are so confused right now. There's young people everywhere that are just running scared and they're they're they're addicted and they're they're falling into drugs and all kinds of things that are just destroying their lives even further. Lord we want to destroy the plans of the enemy so Lord we're asking for on behalf of friends of mine like my friend Vanessa and her son Nicholas who's addicted to drugs and he's on the in the process of losing everything his job, his car, his apartment everything. Lord we pray that you will give him the strength and the fortitude to stand opposed to this addiction and rise up and regain everything that he's lost Lord and just be just be clear minded and stand in your authority only and not what the world sees in him. Lord we pray for our friend Amber Dawn and her son Bella or I'm sorry her her daughter Bella we thank you for her son who's found you but her daughter Bella is struggling in a similar manner, Lord. Two steps forward, you know, one step back two steps forward with addiction we know how it's hard. If you've ever known anybody that's been addicted Lord we know it's difficult. But we pray that you will work a miracle in her life and that she will be given the strength that she will recognize not only who you are Lord but who she is in you and how valuable she is in you and that she was sent here with a purpose to do your work in the world not to be consumed by it but to stand opposed to it. Now the gentleman or was it a gentleman or a lady that's yeah it's fire dog it's Doug yeah firefighter yep he's been on the show firefighter yep he's been on the show oh because because he's a firefighter and he wants to know how he's gonna get paid well Doug here's what I'll tell you I am the founder of Axe My Tax Anthony Hudson is not even though he likes to talk about it and he even tried to steal the idea from us because he set up a gifts and or a go fund me page or a gifts and go page with using all of the Axe My Tax branding logo names whiteboard script videos that I did and whatever and all of the money was going to his bank account. So he is not a good dude he is um I will call him a pathological liar and I will say that on this program he has he has applied and received SBA loans with a veteran status which is he is not a veteran. There are so many things that he has done and I I believe he just has a continuous grift going on that he's living off donors' money. He ran for president against Trump then he ran for US Congress now he's running for governor he's not working so he uses donations to pay his bills so I'm not gonna talk about that anymore how will you get paid Doug you're a firefighter so in the petition in the property in the Axe my tax petition we constitutionally provided funding for essential services police fire EMS blah blah blah whatever your emergency services were we constitutionally funded those services and then we protected that funding so it could not be used for other situations where like my township built us a pickleball court when they should have paid off our fire truck. So elimination of property tax does not mean elimination of all of those services there's so much money in Lansing as we've seen how much they've wasted the waste fraud and abuse is at every level township county and state we get a handle on that we get rid of that we still need to have our police in fire I'm still willing to pay for those there's so many things that we can do they but but you don't need to worry about that on whether you're going to get paid or not wow I hope I answered his question.

And we told him, I said, You need when I found out about it, because somebody said, Oh, I donated on the gives and I'm like, Well, we don't have gives and go. You mean you donated on our website? No, no, I don't donate it on gives and go or go fund me. And I said, and I thought, I better go look that up. And I looked it up, and yep, for sure, there it was. And it said Anthony Hudson, he was the one that created the page. Money was going to his account.

So you go and look at Anthony Hudson's campaign finance reporting, go look up Eric Nesbits, go look at Mike Cox's, go look at Carla Wagner's, go look at who's donating to these people, where are they getting their donations from? Why is John James getting a lot of money from the most democratic state, which is California? Who's funding these people? It's important to know. Yeah, it's very important to know.

Carla, do you have a sense or a or a knowledge that would indicate how much fraud, waste, and abuse like Minnesota has in Michigan that's going on that has been funneling money out of the the out of our essential services and into maybe money laundering for political parties or whatever. I mean, I know it's kind of a loaded question, but what's your thoughts on what I'm alluding to?

This is what I will say. I think whatever they find in in Minnesota is gonna be five times worse here in Michigan. Why can I say that? Because number one, from 2019 until today, our spending, our spending grew by 30 billion dollars. Okay, our spending. We're spending 30 billion dollars more today than what we did in 2019. And that they they didn't even fix the roads for that 30. That's 30 billion every year, right? 30 billion every year for the so we just we just figured out a new gas tax, right, to fix the roads. So that 30 billion more that we're spending didn't even fix the roads. It it look at the education, look at the public education of our kids, right? It's horrible. No one's life has gotten better in the last six years. No one's life has gotten better here in Michigan in the last six years. We are still losing people, businesses, jobs, revenue out of the state of Michigan. And here's what makes me so angry because we have people, and I and I'm a Republican, right? I'm running as a Republican, I'm a Ronald Reagan era Republican, and I look at these governor candidates, and I'm talking about the Republican ones only, and I look at a Republican legislation because that's who I expect to represent. I know the Democrats aren't going to represent me. I'm not a Democrat, so I don't expect them to represent me. I do expect my Republican legislation to represent the needs of the people, the Republican people that have elected and supported them and put them in play to represent us. And I'm so angry at certain these we have four people that are running for governor that get, you know what? It's Cox, Nesbitt, Leonard, and John James. Those are the only four you know about. Those are the only four you see. They are the only ones that are getting invited to on debates and forums and conversations with energy and this and that, whatever else. Because those are the only four that the establishment wants you to see and recognize and hear from. Are they the best ones? How do we know? Because we don't get to hear from the rest of them that are running, right? Let's hear from everybody. And the fact that they don't allow us to, they are telling you, here's your choice, pick one of these four. The other ones don't matter, right? The other ones don't matter. So I'm going, I have said this publicly. If I of course during the primary, if I get my signatures, I have to get my signatures, I have to get myself on the ballot. I'm gonna vote for myself in the primary. If I don't win the primary, there's I said I can't vote for one of those other people. Why not, Carla? That's horrible. And I said, because they don't represent me. Look at what they stand for, look at who's donating money to them, look at how they voted. Two of them are seated politicians. Go and look at their voting record. One is only batting a 62 out of a hundred, a 62. That's not Republican enough for me. That's not conservative, that's not constitutional enough for me. He will not get my vote. There's issues with the other ones. Why they do not share my values. Why would I vote for someone that does not share my values? Why would I vote for someone? What am I supposed to do? Just turn a blind eye to the things that they've got had in their past. And I'm not talking about their past when they're 18 or 20 or 30, and we all do stupid stuff. I'm talking about their past while they have been in politics. These are the things that they've done, these are the votes that they have made, this is the money they have taken or the way they have sold their soul. So why do I need to vote for them? And people need to do their due diligence because it's all out there. It's very easy to find information on these people.

Just if if you go to any of their social pages, you're they're gonna be on their best behavior, they're gonna put their best foot forward. But wait a minute, what you're saying come that comes out of your mouth is not matching your voting record. Here's how you voted. Here's who you, here's whose money you took. You know what? So we have we have a couple of candidates, Republican candidates, that are out there standing out there going, oh, they want to put us, they want to put solar panels in this farm field, and I don't, I'm not okay with that. Really? Then why have you taken almost a million dollars from consumers energy and DTE? Because that's what that's what shows up in your campaign finance. Over the years, over the time that you have been in legislation, you have taken almost a million dollars from consumers energy and DTE. You have voted to make solar panels, battery, data, wind very easy to come into Michigan. You've given them property tax abatements to make it less expensive for them to be here. And then you're gonna stand out in front of a farm field and say, Oh, I don't agree with them putting solar panels here. Really? You just made it very easy for them to do that. We have another one that's a lobbyist for solar and wind, right? Really?

Well, we have we have we have people that are running on income tax. You saw it. Perry Johnson just jumped into the race. He's a billionaire. We have Mike Cox. He we have we have Kevin Rinke if he ever jumps in, and I'll talk about that in a minute. They all want to get rid of income tax. Why? Because they pay more income tax than they'd probably do in property tax if they've lived in their house for 10 or 20 years or something like that. But whatever. Income tax will only help the very wealthy and the corporations. That's all. It does not make home ownership affordable, it does not make it easy for seniors to stay in their home because seniors hardly pay any income tax. So it's not the income tax that's going to get them, it's the property tax. That is what's going to take our privately owned property away. And when you lose that, you lose everything. And that is so frustrating to me. And I was just having a little Matt Maddox as one of our representatives, and he and I were having a text message thing going on, and he was like, But Carla, there's $20 billion collected in property tax. And I'm like, stop, stop, because there's $2.8 billion at the state level, and there's roughly $17 billion collected at the township level, right? Because the township collects it. But where does it go? It goes to all of these things that are not essential, right? So I don't care if it's $17 billion. The schools are overfunded, the libraries are overfunded, the zoos and the museums are not essential. No one should lose their home to a zoo and museum. So we can talk about this property tax all night long. There's so much more to my governor campaign than property tax. But to me, property tax, like you said, it holds us hostage. We will not save Michigan if we don't do something with property tax. And a little bit of reform isn't gonna cut it. It's gotta be all gone.

Yep. And Fire Doug is talking right here in Rumble. He says, Yeah, DeSantis wants to get rid of both property tax and income tax and says it's possible. Yeah, it is possible, Doug. Uh there was a time here in Michigan in the 1800s, there was no property tax. That was something this property tax thing is a scheme that was brought up by some politician back in the day, and it's stuck and it's still here. And uh, like you said, if if we were able to see, you know, actual transparency of where our money is being stolen and given to, that would answer a lot of questions. But it's not. They won't let us see exactly where the money's going. You know why? Because it's going to all these it's going everywhere except where we want it to go. Think about this, you guys. If we had a a system of taxes, right, that was more like a restaurant uh menu where we could pick and choose. I want to pay for this, this, this, and this. I'm fine with that. Okay. But no, they they they got it so where that it's so shady the way that it's done now.

Yeah. And Jesse, here's the thing: Matt Hall, who is the Republican House majority speaker, right? So Matt Hall, and they get on. So the other day he got on and said, Oh, we just found 20 million million more dollars of waste, fraud, and abuse. Okay, so you're telling me we have a balanced budget. I do not believe you. Our budget isn't balanced. We only bring in 44 and a half billion, we're spending 90. That's not balanced, right? Okay. So, but then he comes on and he goes, We found 20 million dollars of waste, fraud, and abuse. And I'm like, Okay, well, is that with the budget being balanced, or is now the budget unbalanced because of that 20 million? Because now you're gonna have to move things around. But regardless, how many people lost their house trying to pay that $20 million? Because I don't care if it was collected through property tax, income tax, sales tax, whatever. As taxpayers, we gave the state $20 million of our hard-earned dollars, whether it was through sales tax, income tax, payroll tax, whatever it was through. We gave you $20 million, you pissed away and you can't find anymore. And we all lost. We we didn't eat that week, we didn't take our prescription medicine, we didn't pay our property taxes, we couldn't pay our utility bill. Because we gave you $20 million and you just pissed it away and you can't tell me where it is. How many equate that to houses for me? How many people lost their house trying to pay that $20 million? That's the state's budget. Think about this. Because what did I tell the firefighter Doug? We in Acts My Tax, we made a provision to fund police and fire, and that was by taking a portion of the sales tax bucket through general revenue sharing is already going down to the townships, right? So so think about that. Think about the sales tax bucket in Lansing and how big that is. It's $10 billion, okay? Sales tax bucket, $10 billion. It's the the this one way over here. Okay, right? This one right here. Right in the middle of the page, there's income tax underneath it, sales tax, okay. See that little bit of kind of a yellowish gold color? That's how that's how much of that bucket goes down to general revenue, constitutional revenue sharing. See the yellow, follow the yellow down. Okay. Who gets the money from the sales tax? Part of it goes, the blue goes to the general fund, the green goes to the schools. That little bit of yellowish gold goes to the townships. Our petition said we want a bigger share of that bucket. We want a bigger share of the sales tax bucket to go down to the townships and the counties to help provide essential services. The schools would have gotten a little bit less, the general fund would have gotten a little bit less, right? What did they just do with the sales tax on gas? They removed the sales tax off gas. So is that sales tax bucket gonna get less money in it now? Right? Because the sales tax from gas turned into a gas tax and they're gonna create a different bucket for that. So, what's gonna happen to that sales tax bucket? What's going to happen to the money that we were sending constitutionally to the townships? It's going to get smaller, isn't it? So my township's gonna get less money from that sales tax bucket because they removed the sales tax off gas. Where is my township gonna go to make up that money? That it's losing. We're paying sales tax. We're paying, we were paying sales tax on gas, and that sales tax was being collected, and then a portion of it was being shoved back down to our townships. Now, our brilliant legislators just took the sales tax off gas. They're gonna shrink that general sales tax bucket. My township's gonna get less money, my township's gonna turn to the taxpayer, the property taxpayer, and say, Oh, we need to replace that money. Right? We get screwed again, and those are that's our own Republicans. That voted to do that. Just go speak to your township. Well, people go and talk to their township, and you know what? They ask, why do you assess my property so high? And you know what the township says? Because the state allows me to. Because the state tells me I can add a 10% admin fee. Because the state tells me I can do this, because the state tells me I can do that. If you go to the county treasurer, the county treasurer will say, Well, Carla, we never want to take anyone's houses, we have programs to help them get caught up with your programs. And I'm like, who's funding the programs? Taxpayer dollars. So you want you're gonna take taxes from these people to put into a program to help these people pay their property taxes. Yep. I don't want to pay you benefits for the rest of your life because we don't have enough people here in Michigan anymore working to be able to sustain that. We already have about $40 billion of unfunded liabilities in the form of pensions and benefits we can't pay. Who's gonna pay that? Our grandkids, our great-grandkids, our great, great, great, great, great-grandgrandkids, if they decide to stay in Michigan. Yeah, just push it on the biggest. And we've been losing people and businesses for many years. Why have they not done something? They pay businesses to come here, and then they never they never perform, they never bring the jobs, they don't stay, right? Because it's too unaffordable.

Two two scriptures from Galatians that I've been just pondering on. Uh, I may have read them before, but they just jumped out at me while reading Michael Heiser's Unseen Realm book for some reason. Good book. And and it and I might pontificate on a little bit. Um, so this is Galatians 3, 7 through 9. And this is powerful stuff. Understand then that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith and announce the gospel in advance to Abraham, all nations will be blessed through you. So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith. And then later in uh Galatians 3, 28 through 29, it goes on to say, There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise. Why is this relevant to me? Uh on multiple levels. It it requires true faith in your heart that you are uh you are God's children. Uh, we have a tendency to like second guess if we're still walking the same right the path right, and is does God accept me? And did I stray away too far? But if you believe upon Jesus, you are justified and you are you are grafted into the family of Abraham and God. Okay. Um also why this is relevant. Um, we've got people like Ted Cruz who say things like, you know, we have to support uh the government. I'm not this is not uh an you know, this is not an attack on uh the people of Israel, but the government that was founded in 1948. Uh we have to support them no matter what, uh, because anybody who who curses Israel will be cursed, anybody who blesses Israel be blessed. That is uh that's not uh biblical scripture. I mean, that's not biblically sound. In the New Testament, there's a new covenant brought but brought by Jesus, and he's saying anyone who comes to Jesus can come to the Father. Now that's interesting because in I'm not trying to pick on Judaism, but I'm just gonna use it as an example. In Judaism, you are not Jewish unless your mother's Jewish and her mother was Jewish and her mother was Jewish before that. And Jew according to you know rabbinical law, you are not a Jew unless you're born a Jew. So that's pretty exclusive.

Like I was thinking about this too the other day. A friend of mine, he was struggling because he has a uh a gay sister-in-law that he loves, but he's a Christian and he doesn't agree with her lifestyle, and he felt torn. And I said, Well, there's nothing to be torn about. I said, if you were a Muslim, you might feel inclined to stone her to death. If you were uh right, if you're but but but but Jesus is unique in that he's saying you can love her, shine God's love that shines into you, into her. You can love her. You don't have to agree with her lifestyle, and you can hope that if she sees Christ's love in you and she is brought to Christ herself and grafted into the family, also, he'll begin changing her from the inside out, and she may abandon that lifestyle. See, but but but we're we're so sold these ideas by culture that you know Christians are haters and they they hate people and we have to accept everybody and we gotta put a rainbow flag in front of our church. This is this is nonsense. You can love people and disagree with their lifestyle. I know people that I care about deeply who are might, you know, they're alcoholics and I'm a little concerned about the drinking, okay? Or what you know, it doesn't mean that I don't love the person, and and and it's an important thing. We have to meet people where they're at. There's this this idea that of piety in churches or whatever, it's all garbage. Just focus on your relationship with Jesus, live in love and shine that love. Um, and everyone can come to the Father, and we are all become equalized in that oneness as we become grafted in the family, and we abandon all of the by the baggage that comes with cultural identity. That who talks cultural identity politics? Communists. Yep. That's why Jesus is yep, and that's why Jesus is revolutionary. That's why he's the thing that threatens the status quo so deeply. So if you hear his voice and you are called to the father through the son, just rest assured, just just relish in the fact that he is Jesus is in you as you are in him, he is in the father, and the father is in him, and he's sitting at the right hand of the father.
